η διάρκεια της εταιρείας ορίζεται για πενήντα έτη αρχόμενη από τη δημοσίευση στο τεύχος Ανωνύμων Εταιρειών και Εταιρειών Περιορισμένης Ευθύνης της Υπουργικής Απόφασης που εγκρίνεται στο παρόν καταστατικό με την δυνατότητα να παραταθεί με απόφαση της Γενικής Συνέλευσης των μετόχων με την τροποποίηση του παρόντος άρθρου
