Η Εκμισθώτρια δεσμεύεται ότι τόσο η ίδια όσο και τα συνδεδεμένα με αυτήν πρόσωπα, οι εκπρόσωποι, προστηθέντες και εργαζόμενοί της δεν θα προβούν, χωρίς την προηγούμενη έγγραφη συναίνεση της Μισθώτριας σε (i) χρήση, διαφήμιση, δημοσιοποίηση, προώθηση ή να θέσει σε σήμανση το όνομα της Μισθώτριας ή οποιουδήποτε συνδεδεμένου με αυτήν προσώπου ή οποιοδήποτε εργαζομένου αυτής, ή συντόμευση, σύντμηση, προσομοίωση αυτού, ή οποιοδήποτε σύμβολο, επωνυμία, εμπορικό σήμα, εμπορικό μέσο ή σήμα υπηρεσιών της Μισθώτριας ή κυριότητας του Μισθωτή ή συνδεδεμένου με αυτήν προσώπου, ή σε (ii) συζήτηση ή σε σχολιασμό προς μη εμπλεκόμενους τρίτους ή μέλη του Τύπου, αναφορικά με την ύπαρξη ή τους επιμέρους όρους της παρούσας μίσθωσης ή τις ενέργειες της Μισθώτριας. Η παρούσα διάταξη παραμένει σε ισχύ και μετά την λήξη της Μίσθωσης.
