Το μηνιαίο μίσθωμα πλέον χαρτοσήμου

Το μηνιαίο μίσθωμα πλέον χαρτοσήμου, θα καταβάλλεται από τη Μισθώτρια σε μηνιαία βάση, εντός των πρώτων (5) ημερών κάθε μήνα. Η καταβολή και εξόφληση του μισθώματος θα γίνεται με μεταφορά (έμβασμα) του σχετικού ποσού προς πίστωση στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό στο όνομα της Εκμισθώτριας στην Τράπεζα Πειραιώς με ΙΒΑΝ: GR7601715220006522136378765. Η Εκμισθώτρια υποχρεούται σε κάθε περίπτωση να εκδίδει αποδείξεις είσπραξης για κάθε ποσό που της καταβάλλεται κατά τα ανωτέρω.

Αποτελέσματα (Αγγλικά) 1:

The monthly rent plus tax, will be paid by the Misthwtria on a monthly basis, within the first (5) days of each month. Payment and repayment of rent will be made by transfer (transfer) of the amount credited to the bank account in the name of the Lessor to Piraeus Bank with IBAN: GR7601715220006522136378765. The Lessor is obliged in any case to issue receipts for any amount paid as above.

The monthly rent plus stamp duty, will be paid by the tenant on a monthly basis, within the first (5) days each month. The payment and reimbursement of the rent will be made by transfer (remittance) of the amount to be credited to the bank account in the name of the lessor to Piraeus Bank IBAN: GR7601715220006522136378765. The lessor is required in every case to issue receipts for all amounts paid to her by the above.
