Ειδικότερα συμφωνείται ότι παράβαση οποιουδήποτε όρου της παρούσας Σύμβασης εκ μέρους του CONTRACTOR θα λογίζεται ως σπουδαίος λόγος καταγγελίας της παρούσας εκ μέρους της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ και θα ανήκει στη διακριτική ευχέρεια της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ αν θα τάξει εύλογη προθεσμία στο CONTRACTOR για άρση της εν λόγω παραβίασης ή θα καταγγείλει την παρούσα αμέσως και αζημίως για την ίδια
