Ξέρεις βέβαια τι είναι το Γιν και το Γιανγκ. Το Γιν και Γιανγκ συμβολίζει την αιώνια αρμονία και την απόλυτη κοσμική ισορροπία ανάμεσα στο καλό και το κακό, το φως και το σκοτάδι, το αρσενικό και το θηλυκό. Το Γιν είναι η παθητική, η θηλυκή αρχή. Το Γιάνγκ είναι η ενεργός, αρσενική αρχή. Κάποτε διάβαζα φιλοσοφία, τώρα πια όχι. Τώρα δεν διαβάζω τίποτα, αυτή την στιγμή έχω ξεκινήσει 2 βιβλία, θα δούμε το μυαλό μου είναι αλλού. Λοιπόν χθες μαγείρεψα σπανακόρυζο και φακές σαλάτα( με καφτερή πιπεριά,μαιντανό, κρεμμύδι,ξύδι,ελαιόλαδο). Σήμερα μαγείρεψα κεφτέδες από κολοκυθάκια, κεφτέδες από παντζάρια,ψάρι πέρκα, σαχανάκι, ξέρεις τι είμαι το σαχανάκι? ( με καφτερή πιπεριά, μουστάρδα,σέλερι,λεμόνι,ελαιόλαδο και πιπέρι)και κολοκυθάκια γεμιστά με dressing αυγολέμονο. Νομίζω πως όλα αυτά, μπορείς να τα φας, αλλά δεν ξέρω αν μπορείς να πιούμε και κανένα ούζο, ( αλήθεια επιτρέπεται να πίνεις?). Ξέρεις ότι το σαχανάκι, είναι το καλύτερο πιάτο για ούζο. Δεν τρώω ούτε εγώ ούτε τα κορίτσαι μου κρέας. Τώρα πρέπει να σιδερώσω και δεν έχω διάθεση, αλλά πρέπει. Θα σου στείλω ένα email ατγότερα.Καλημέρα...
