9. ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΕΣ ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑΣ
Όλο το φορτίο και ταχυδρομείο υποβάλλονται σε έλεγχο ασφάλειας πριν φορτωθούν σε αεροσκάφος, εκτός εάν:
α) η αποστολή υποβλήθηκε στις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ασφάλειας από εγκεκριμένο μεταφορικό γραφείο και η αποστολή ήταν προστατευμένη από μη εξουσιοδοτημένη παρέμβαση από τη στιγμή που εκτελέστηκαν οι εν λόγω διαδικασίες ασφάλειας μέχρι τη φόρτωση• ή
