Στην παρούσα φάση η ΤΕΟ Α.Ε. είναι υπό εκκαθάριση φορέας και δύναται να παρέχει υποστηρικτικό ρόλο στην Εγνατία οδό Α.Ε., στο τομέα των διεθνών σχέσεων και για όσο διάστημα διαρκέσει η εκκαθάριση, με πρόσβαση στο αρχείο και ενημέρωση για ενέργειες οι οποίες έγιναν μέχρι 26/03/2014.
Τέλος και μετά την προφορική συνεννόηση όλων των εμπλεκόμενων φορέων ζητήθηκε παράταση για την επανεκκίνηση των διαπραγματεύσεων. Η παράταση που δόθηκε από την Ε.Ε. ορίσθηκε μέχρι 09/09/2014.
