Μάλιστα, όπως προκύπτει από την εν γένει εξέλιξη της μεταξύ μας σχέσεως, αλλά κυρίως από την μεταγενέστερη εξέλιξη των τιμών, όταν πλέον η «MEDTRONIC HELLAS S.A.» διέκοψε την συνεργασία με την εταιρεία μας, οι υπερτιμολογήσεις εντείνονταν ή χαλάρωναν αναλόγως των μεριδίων αγοράς που κάθε φορά η πλευρά Medtronic διεκδικούσε για τα προϊόντα της στην Ελληνική αγορά, αγνοώντας την διαμεσολάβηση της εταιρείας μας και το γεγονός, ότι στην σχέση διανομής ο κίνδυνος αναλαμβάνεται από τον διανομέα, και αδιαφορώντας για τα συμφέροντα της εταιρείας μας. Έτσι το καθεστώς των υπερτιμολογήσεων η «MEDTRONIC HELLAS S.A.» περιόριζε τις πωλήσεις της εταιρείας μας, διατηρώντας την εξάρτησή μας από τον όμιλο.
