Ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας ήταν ο καλύτερος δεν έχω δούλεψη σε καλύτερη κουζίνα από αυτή. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εργατικό και αφοσιωμένο να βοηθήσει. Προς στιγμής πίστευα πως δεν θα τα καταφέρναμε σε τόσο λίγο χρόνο και με τέτοια θερμοκρασία που λιποθυμά κι όμως με την συνεργασία και την θέληση τα καταφέραμε
