Τα συμβαλλόμενα στην παρούσα σύμβαση μέρη συμφωνούν και αποδέχονται, ο μεν Πωλητής να πωλεί και να παραδίδει στον Αγοραστή, ο δε Αγοραστής να αγοράζει και να παραλαμβάνει από τον Πωλητή,

3. ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗΣ
