With the review of the literature found few classifications for thetools and techniques used in the quality policy "6 Sigma".The See (2006), suggests a classification based on two categories:1. data collection and analysis administration of the process:includes tools and techniques such as: mapping the process,cause-and-effect diagram, failure analysis and results(FMEA), and control plans for process analysis tools: tools and techniques for analyzingof the system are: capacity analysis, and multivariate studiesDOEs (Design Of Experiments) experiment designThe Henderson and Evans, (2000), describe a sort of tools andtechniques was by General Electric: tools and techniques forteamwork, tools and techniques for process, statistical tools andtechniques. The first two groups consist of tools which help inrunning programs "6 Sigma". This group of statistical toolsused to identify the possible causes of variability inprocesses, and thus to reduce the variability as well as theimperfections. Table 4.2.1 presents a classification of tools andtechniques proposed by the authors and their use in politicsquality "6 Sigma" (Miguel et al., 2012). An important observation is that most tools and techniqueslisted from the See (2006), is simple and frequently used by thebusinesses, while the tools mentioned by the Henderson and Evans(2000), is relatively more complex and their use requires more knowledge andEducation (Miguel et al., 2012).The term "basics" is used as an essential aspect for the successfulapplication of a given tool or a technique and helps makeunderstood what issues need special attention (and AntonyBan˜uelas, 2002). The Antony et al., (2007), indicate some of these basicitems: support from top management increase training for implementing tools cooperative involvement support from assistants resource availability strict approach to program administration develop a diagram in order to decide when it willuse a specific tool or technique
