Από την παραγγελία μου κωδικό καταδ

Από την παραγγελία μου κωδικό καταδίωξης RH063649313CN έχω λάβει μόνο 4 από τα 21 πράγματα που είχα παραγγείλει από τον πωλητή.
Μετά από μερικά εμαιλς ο πωλητής μου απάντησε οτι θα στείλει και τα υπόλοιπα πράγματα με νέο αριθμό καταδίωξης για τον οποίο θα με ενημέρωνε άμεσα.

Επειδή καθυστέρησε να μου στείλει το νέο κωδικό καταδίωξης εγώ άνοιξα υποθέσεις στο ΕΒΑΥ ζητώντας επιστροφή χρημάτων.

Ακολούθησαν νέα εμαιλς από τον πωλητή ο οποίος μου έστειλε τον νέο κωδικό καταδίωξης RJ071839345CN και μου ζήτησε να κλείσω τις υποθέσεις επειδή του κάνω μεγάλο κακό. Προσπάθησα να μην το κάνω αλλά δεν μπορούσα. Έκλεισα τις υποθέσεις και είδα ότι δεν μπορώ να τις ξανανοίξω αν έχω ξανά πρόβλημα.

Τι γίνεται στην περίπτωση που δεν παραλάβω όλα τα πράγματά μου από αυτόν.

Τι γίνεται στην περίπτωση αυτός μου στείλει λάθος ή προβληματικά πράγματα.

Περιμένω ακόμη από τον ίδιο πωλητή να μου στείλει νέο κωδικό καταδίωξης για τα είδη 311021615220 και 331268604475 και θα μου ζητήσει να κλείσω τις υποθέσεις. Τι πρέπει να κάνω να κλείσω τις υποθέσεις ώστε να μου στείλει κωδικό καταδίωξης η να περιμένω .Αν περιμένω μπορεί να λήξει η προθεσμία που μου δίνει το EBAY

After a few emails the seller replied that he would send other things with new tracking number which will inform directly.Because delayed send me the new tracking code I opened cases on EBAY asking for a refund. Followed by new emails from the seller who sent me the new tracking code RJ071839345CN and asked me to close the cases because of do great evil. I tried not to do it but I couldn't. I closed the cases and I saw that I can not reopen if I have back problem.What happens if I do not receive all my stuff from him.What if he sends me wrong or problematic things.I am still waiting from the same seller to send me new tracking code for types 311021615220 and 331268604475 and would ask me to close the cases. What should I do to conclude matters in order to send me the tracking code to wait if I can end the deadline that gives me the EBAY

EMAIL followed news from the seller who sent me the new tracking code RJ071839345CN and asked me to close the cases because the do great evil. I tried not to do it but I could not.
