Για το σφάλμα αυτό εμφανίζονται δύο είσοδοι στον Η/Ν REF620, μια για κάθε γέφυρα του Ανορθωτή (TRZAG, TRZBG), ενώ στα κυκλωματικά διαγράμματα του πίνακα 750V DC το σφάλμα αυτό εμφανίζεται να είναι «κοινό» για τον Ανορθωτή (TRZG).
