Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την πρόοδο των εργασιών κι το ενδεχόμενο οι συσσωρευτές να πααραμείνουν αποθηκευμένοι για αρκετό χρονικό διάστημα και ίσως μεγαλύτερο των έξι (^) μηνών, η ΑΜ προτείνει την πλήρωση αυτών με ηλεκτρολύτη επί τόπου του έργου και κατά τη διάρκεια των εργασιών διασυνδεδεμένων δοκιμών μεταξύ του εξοπλισμού των υποσταθμών ώστε να μην επηρεαστεί η χωρητικότητα τους και κατ επέκταση, η αποδοτικότητα και η απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία.
