Φορτίο ή ταχυδρομείο υψηλού κινδύνο

Φορτίο ή ταχυδρομείο υψηλού κινδύνου είναι κάθε αποστολή φορτίου ή ταχυδρομείου:
α) αποστέλλεται από χώρες η λίστα των οποίων περιλαμβάνεται στο προσάρτημα 6-Θ της Εμπιστευτικής Απόφασης 2015/8005/ΕΕ (όπως εκάστοτε ισχύει) και για την οποία είναι ήδη ενήμερος ο ACC3• ή
