Εξαίρεση από την ανωτέρω υποχρέωση

Εξαίρεση από την ανωτέρω υποχρέωση συγχωρείται μόνο εάν:

(α) η αποκάλυψη των μισθωτικών όρων είναι επιβεβλημένη από το νόμο ή γίνεται κατ’ επιταγή Δικαστηρίου ή άλλης νομοθετικής, εκτελεστικής ή εποπτικής αρχής, στην οποία υπόκειται συμβαλλόμενο με το παρόν μέρος, ή

(β) οι μισθωτικοί όροι πρόκειται να αποκαλυφθούν σε πιθανό εκδοχέα ή διάδοχο των δικαιωμάτων των συμβαλλομένων μερών ή στους νομικούς, οικονομικούς, ή άλλους επαγγελματικούς τους συμβούλους ή ελεγκτές τους, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι και τα ανωτέρω πρόσωπα θα συμφωνήσουν να δεσμεύονται από ισοδύναμο συμβατικό ή νόμιμο καθήκον εχεμύθειας.

Exemption from this obligation is forgiven only if:(a) the disclosure of misthwtikwn terms is required by law or made in Court requirement or other legislative, Executive or supervisory authority, which is contracting with this part, or (b) the misthwtikoi conditions are to be disclosed to potential transferee or assignee of the rights of the parties or in the legal, financial, or other professional advisors or auditors, provided that the above persons will agree to be bound by equivalent contractual or statutory duty of confidentiality.

Exemption from that obligation is forgiven only if: (a) the disclosure of leasing conditions are imposed by law or is in check Court or other legislative, executive or supervisory authority, the subject party with this Part, or (b) Lease terms will be disclosed to a potential assignee or successor of the rights of the parties or their legal, financial or other professional advisers or auditors, provided that such persons will agree to be bound by equivalent contractual or legal duty of confidentiality .

Apart from the above obligation forgiven only if: (a) the disclosure of hire terms are imposed by law or by court order or other legislative, executive or supervisory body,The contractor shall be subject to this part, or (b) the μισθωτικοί conditions will be disclosed to a potential transferee or successor to the rights of the parties or their legal, economic,Or other professional consultants or auditors, provided that the above persons will agree to be bound by an equivalent contractual or legal obligation to maintain confidentiality.
