Η δε ΑΓΟΡΑΣΤΡΙΕΣ, γνωρίζοντας πλήρως όλους τους όρους και συμφωνίες της ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗΣ, δηλώνουν ότι αποδέχονται ρητά και ανεπιφύλακτα την, προς αυτές πώληση, παραχώρηση, μεταβίβαση και εκχώρηση του ανωτέρω ποσοστού δικαιωμάτων, υποχρεώσεων και των απορρεουσων απαιτήσεων .
