hereinafter called "LICENSEE",

IT HAS BEEN STATED AND AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
The signature by both parties (PIERRE CARDIN SARL DE GESTION and CHR KOUDOUNIS SA OMEGA HOME) of the present contract will automatically terminate and replace on July 1st 2014 the agn ement signed on March 15th 2011 for Towels, bathrobes, bath mats, throws, table lothes, cot bumpers, mosquito nets between PIERRE CARDIN SARL DE GESTIWN & CHR.KOUDONIS SA OMEGA HOME;
1) LICENSING OF TRADEMARKS
LICENSOR hereby authorizes LICENSEE to cause the Pierre Cardin trademark to be affixed to:
"Towels, bathrobes, bathmats, throws, tableclothes, cot bumpers, mosquito nets"
created by LICENSOR, manufactured and sold [by LICENSEE.
