Κατά τη διαδικασία αναθεώρησης του προγράμματος ποιότητας έργου ζητήθηκε για την ενέργεια υλικά του έργου να συσχετισθεί με τα σημεία στάσης για έγκριση καθώς σε αυτή προβλέπεται η διαδικασία παραλαβής εξοπλισμού στο εργοτάξιο με συνεπακόλουθη εισαγωγή του τμήματος των παραληφθέντων υλικών στους μηνιαίους λογαριασμούς. Το σχόλιο έγινε αποδεκτό και ενσωματώθηκε στη διαδικασία και η ενέργεια έγινε σημείο στάσης για έγκρισης.
