Αγαπημένε μου Ralph,tα χρόνια περνούν και οι αλλαγές δεν είναι μόνο εμφανισιακές αλλά και οργανικές ,για κάθε άνθρωπο. Δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς κανείς δεν μπορεί να κάνει τίποτα για να το αλλάξει αυτό, ούτε να αποτρέψει τις αλλαγές που συμβαίνουν στο σώμα μας καθώς μεγαλώνουμε. Αυτό που μπορούμε όμως να κάνουμε είναι να γνωρίζουμε τις αλλαγές που επιφέρει ο χρόνος στη λειτουργία του οργανισμού και στο σώμα μας, και τα προληπτικά μέτρα που μπορούμε να πάρουμε. Το ότι θα γεράσουμε είναι το μόνο σίγουρο. Στο χέρι μας όμως είναι να γεράσουμε όσο το δυνατό αργότερα...,για τόν λόγο αυτό σου εύχομαι τα καλύτερα. Σήμερα έχω τόσες πολλές δουλειές, που ειλικρινά δεν ξέρω εάν καταφέρω να τις τελειώσω, Χθές δεν μπόρεσα να κλείσω ραντεβού με τον γιατρό μου, γιατί ήταν στο χειρουργείο, θα μιλήσουμε σήμερα.
