Απαγορεύεται στη μισθώτρια η κατάλη

Απαγορεύεται στη μισθώτρια η κατάληψη κοινοχρήστων χώρων του κτιρίου στο οποίο βρίσκεται το μίσθιο καθώς και η τοποθέτηση στο μίσθιο εύφλεκτων ή εκρηκτικών υλών ή αντικειμένων που μπορούν να βλάψουν ή να ρυπάνουν αυτό. Επίσης απαγορεύεται η τοποθέτηση και χρησιμοποίηση μηχανημάτων ή αντικειμένων τα οποία ή των οποίων η χρήση είναι δυνατόν να επιφέρει βλάβη στην στατική και αντοχή του όλου κτιρίου ως και η άσκηση στο μίσθιο εργασιών που εγκυμονούν κινδύνους για την όλη στατική αυτού.
