Εφόσον οι Η/Ν REF620 προορίζονται και για περιφερειακά δομικά στοιχεία του συστήματος PRCS για τον έλεγχο και την επιτήρηση του πίνακα Μ.Τ., απαιτείται η επαρκής αιτιολόγηση της εφεδρείας τους σε ελάχιστο ποσοστό 15% (βλέπετε §15.3.1 της Προδιαγραφής Επιδόσεων T_DP15750), π.χ. προσθήκη σημάτων.
