Πειραματική διαδικασία
1. Κόβουμε και ξεφλουδίζουμε την μισή μπανάνα.
2. Πολτοποιούμε όσο καλύτερα μπορούμε την μπανάνα στο γουδί.
3. Στο ποτήρι των 40 ml προσθέτουμε 1 κουταλιά του γλυκού υγρό πιάτων.
4. Προσθέτουμε λίγο μαγειρικό αλάτι στο υγρό πιάτων.
5. Στο μίγμα προσθέτουμε 4 κουταλιές του γλυκού αποσταγμένο νερό.
6. Ανακατεύουμε το μίγμα με την ράβδο ανάδευσης, προσεκτικά ώστε να μην δημιουργηθεί
αφρός.
7. Στο ποτήρι ζέσεως των 500 ml ρίχνουμε 250 ml αποσταγμένο νερό και προσθέτουμε την
πολτοποιημένη μπανάνα.
8. Ανακατεύουμε καλά το μίγμα με την ράβδο ανάδευσης ώστε να ομογενοποιηθεί.
9. Στο διάλυμα του υγρού πιάτων που έχουμε ετοιμάσει, προσθέτουμε τρεις κουταλιές του
γλυκού από το μείγμα της μπανάνας.
10. Αναδεύουμε το διάλυμα με την ράβδο ανάδευσης για 5-10 λεπτά.
11. Τοποθετούμε το φίλτρο του καφέ στο δεύτερο γυάλινο ποτήρι, στερεώνοντας το άκρο του
στο χείλος του ποτηριού και προσέχοντας, ώστε το φίλτρο να μην ακουμπά στον πυθμένα
του ποτηριού. Ρίχνουμε το διάλυμα που έχουμε ετοιμάσει και φιλτράρουμε.
12. Μετά από λίγα λεπτά στον πυθμένα του δοχείου θα στραγγίσουν περίπου 10 mL διαλύματος
μπανάνας.
