Πέραν του συμφωνηθέντος μισθώματος η Μισθώτρια βαρύνεται με την καταβολή και εξόφληση του αντιτίμου κατανάλωσης ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος και νερού στο Μίσθιο, όπως το αντίτιμο αυτό θα προκύπτει από τον αντίστοιχο πιστοποιημένο υπομετρητή σύνδεσης (ΔΕΗ), όπως αυτός θα εγκατασταθεί από τη Μισθώτρια έως την έναρξη της μίσθωσης. Η σχετική επιβάρυνση της Μισθώτριας ισχύει από την ημερομηνία παράδοσης και παραλαβής του Μισθίου, κατά την οποία θα πραγματοποιηθεί και η καταγραφή των ενδείξεων των μετρητών του Μισθίου.
