Να μην αποκαλύπτει τις Πληροφορίες σε οποιονδήποτε άλλο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ, εκτός από τους τρίτους που χρειάζονται πρόσβαση στις Πληροφορίες για το σκοπό της παροχής της εργασίας του, σύμφωνα με την παρούσα και που γνωρίζουν τις υποχρεώσεις εμπιστευτικότητας σχετικά με τις Πληροφορίες και υποχρεούνται ή δεσμεύονται με γραπτή συμφωνία εκτελεστή από την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ να μην τις αποκαλύψουν σε οποιονδήποτε τρίτο
