Οι αποστολές φορτίου και ταχυδρομείου που βρίσκονται σε μη ζωτικά τμήματα αυστηρά ελεγχόμενης περιοχής ασφάλειας τοποθετούνται στα τμήματα ελεγχόμενης πρόσβασης των εγκαταστάσεων του εγκεκριμένου μεταφορικού γραφείου ή, όποτε τοποθετούνται εκτός των εν λόγω τμημάτων,
• προστατεύονται με φυσικά μέσα, ώστε να αποτρέπεται ενδεχόμενη τοποθέτηση απαγορευμένου αντικειμένου ή
• δεν αφήνονται αφύλακτες και πρόσβαση σε αυτές έχουν μόνον πρόσωπα που μετέχουν στην προστασία και τον χειρισμό φορτίου.
