Ήδη με το παρόν η Εκμισθώτρια εκμισ

Ήδη με το παρόν η Εκμισθώτρια εκμισθώνει προς τη Μισθώτρια το Μίσθιο, ως ενιαίο και αδιαίρετο σύνολο, υπό τους ειδικότερους όρους και προϋποθέσεις που διαλαμβάνονται λεπτομερώς στη συνέχεια της παρούσας. Τα συμβαλλόμενα μέρη απέβλεψαν στη μίσθωση του Μισθίου στο σύνολό του και όχι ως προς οποιοδήποτε τμήμα αυτού. Ο ενιαίος και αδιαίρετος χαρακτήρας της μίσθωσης, που αφορούν μεταξύ άλλων το μίσθωμα, τη χρονική διάρκεια της μίσθωσης, κλπ., συμφωνείται ιδίως για να μην καταργείται ή περιορίζεται η δυνατότητα χρήσης του Μισθίου ή οποιουδήποτε τμήματος αυτού από τη Μισθώτρια και να μην παρεμποδίζεται η απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία εντός του ενιαίου Μισθίου της συνολικής επιχείρησής του, με την επιφύλαξη περιορισμών που προβλέπονται από την παρούσα. Ο αδιαίρετος και ενιαίος χαρακτήρας της παρούσας μίσθωσης αποτελεί ουσιώδη όρο της, χωρίς τη συνδρομή του οποίου τα συμβαλλόμενα μέρη δεν θα τη συνήπταν.
