Από τη μέχρι τώρα πορεία του συστήματος δεν έχουν παρουσιαστεί προβλήματα και όλες οι διεργασίες εφαρμόζονται ικανοποιητικά.
Όλες οι ισχύουσες νομοθετικές απαιτήσεις που αφορούν στις δραστηριότητες της εταιρίας τηρούνται.
Πρέπει να γίνεται συνεχής παρακολούθηση της έκδοσης νέων νομοθετημάτων και απαιτήσεων των ενδιαφερομένων μερών (Υ.Π.Α., πελάτες, κ.α.) που αφορούν στις δραστηριότητες της εταιρίας, και να λαμβάνονται τα απαιτούμενα μέτρα για την ικανοποίησή τους.
