η Διεύθυνση Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου δύναται να διαρθρώνεται στα εξής τμήματα: 1. Διαχείρισης Εγγράφων, Εσωτερικής Επιθεώρησης, Ασφάλειας Πληροφοριών 2. Αξιολόγησης του Διαχειριστικού Συστήματος και τις Ικανοποίησης των Χρηστών.
η πρόσληψη εξειδικευμένου προσωπικού από τον Μάιο 2003 έως σήμερα ενεργοποίησε την Διοίκηση να το ξεχωρίσει από τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα, δίνοντας μεγάλη βαρύτητα στην ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών.
