Από την παραγγελία μου κωδικό καταδ

Από την παραγγελία μου κωδικό καταδίωξης RH063649313CN έχω λάβει μόνο 4 από τα 21 πράγματα που είχα παραγγείλει από τον πωλητή.
Μετά από μερικά εμαιλ ο πωλητής μου είπε οτι θα στείλει και τα υπόλοιπα με νέο αριθμό καταδίωξης τον οποίο και θα μου έστελνε άμεσα.

Αργούσε να το κάνει αυτό και εγώ άνοιξα υποθέσεις στο ΕΒΑΥ ζητώντας επιστροφή χρημάτων.

Μετά από μερικά εμαιλ ο πωλητής μου είπε οτι τα ξαναστείλε με τον νέο κωδικό καταδίωξης RJ071839345CN και μου ζήτησε να κλείσω τις υποθέσεις επειδή του κάνω μεγάλο κακό. Προσπάθησα να μην το κάνω αλλά δεν μπορούσα. Έκλεισα τις υποθέσεις και είδα ότι δεν μπορώ να τις ξανανοίξω αν έχω ξανά πρόβλημα.

Τι γίνεται στην περίπτωση που δεν παραλάβω όλα τα πράγματά μου από αυτόν.

Τι γίνεται στην περίπτωση αυτός μου στείλει λάθος ή προβληματικά πράγματα.

Περιμένω ακόμη από τον ίδιο πωλητή να μου στείλει νέο κωδικό καταδίωξης για τα είδη 311021615220 και 331268604475 και θα μου ζητήσει να κλείσω τις υποθέσεις. Τι πρέπει να κάνω να κλείσω τις υποθέσεις ώστε να μου στείλει κωδικό καταδίωξης η να περιμένω .Αν περιμένω μπορεί να λήξει η προθεσμία που μου δίνει το EBAY

I have tried to do so but I could not.I booked the cases and i saw that I cannot reopen if i have again problem.c) What happens if they do not pick up all my stuff from him.

What happens in this case send me wrong or problematic things.

I expect more from the same seller to send me new code chase for the species 311021615220 and 331268604475 and would ask me to conclude the cases.What should I do to finish the cases in order to send me code chase the wait .If i can be the period gives me ebay
