Απαγορεύεται ρητά οποιαδήποτε μεταβολή της χρήσης του Μισθίου χωρίς την προηγούμενη έγγραφη συναίνεση της Εκμισθώτριας, την οποία δεν θα αρνείται αναιτιολόγητα.
