Ξέρεις βέβαια τι είναι το Γιν και το Γιανγκ. Το Γιν και Γιανγκ συμβολίζει την αιώνια αρμονία και την απόλυτη κοσμική ισορροπία ανάμεσα στο καλό και το κακό, το φως και το σκοτάδι, το αρσενικό και το θηλυκό. Το Γιν είναι η παθητική, η θηλυκή αρχή. Το Γιάνγκ είναι η ενεργός, αρσενική αρχή. Κάποτε διάβαζα φιλοσοφία, τώρα πια όχι. Τώρα δεν διαβάζω τίποτα, αυτή την στιγμή έχω ξεκινήσει 2 βιβλία, θα δούμε.
Λοιπόν χθες μαγείρεψα σπανακόρυζο και φακές σαλάτα( με καφτερή πιπεριά,μαιντανό, κρεμμύδι,ξύδι,ελαιόλαδο). Σήμερα μαγείρεψα κεφτέδες με κολοκυθάκια, κεφτέδες με παντζάρια,ψάρι πέρκα σαχανάκι ( με καφτερή πιπεριά, μουστάρδα,σέλερι,λεμόνι,ελαιόλαδο
και πιπέρι)και κολοκυθάκια γεμιστά με αυγολέμονο. Νομίζω πως όλα μπορείς να τα φας, αλλά να πιούμε και κανέν ούζο, ( αλήθεια επιτρέπεται να πίνεισ?). Ξέρεις ότι το σαχανάκι είναι το καλύτερο πιάτο για ούζο.
