Η Atticabank Properties είναι 100% θυγατρική της ATTICA BANK Ανώνυμη Τραπεζική Εταιρία. Δραστηριοποιείται από το 2008 με σκοπό την αξιοποίηση και διαχείριση των ακινήτων της μητρικής ATTICA BANK καθώς και τη διενέργεια εκτιμήσεων ακινήτων προς υποστήριξη των πελατών αλλά και των στεγαστικών, επιχειρηματικών και άλλων προϊόντων της Τράπεζας.

Σήμερα, οι δραστηριότητες της εταιρίας έχουν διευρυνθεί συμπεριλαμβάνοντας, εκτός από τη διαχείριση ακίνητης περιουσίας και τις εκτιμήσεις, την επένδυση και ανάπτυξη ακινήτων, τόσο για λογαριασμό της Τράπεζας, όσο και για λογαριασμό τρίτων.

Σημαντική επίσης είναι η δραστηριοποίηση της εταιρίας και στον τομέα της παροχής εξειδικευμένων υπηρεσιών Διαχείρισης, Ανάπτυξης, Μεσολάβησης και γενικότερα Αξιοποίησης της ακίνητης περιουσίας του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, καθώς και διαφόρων Φορέων Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης (Ασφαλιστικά Ταμεία).
