Ρητά συνομολογείται από τους συμβαλλόμενους ότι οι παραπάνω παροχές (bonus), οιουδήποτε είδους, θα παρέχονται πάντοτε ως οικειοθελής παροχή, η οποία θα δίδεται από ελευθεριότητα, κάτω από την διακριτική ευχέρεια και ανέλεγκτη κρίση της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ, σε χρόνο, συχνότητα και ύψος ποσού ή είδους και αξίας παροχών, που θα επιλέγει κατά τρόπο αποκλειστικό η ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ κάθε φορά, χωρίς ποτέ να δεσμεύεται ως προς τα παραπάνω
