Τυχόν τροποποίηση των όρων της παρο

Τυχόν τροποποίηση των όρων της παρούσας θα γίνεται με έγγραφη συμφωνία υπογραφόμενη από τους συμβαλλόμενους αποκλειόμενου οποιουδήποτε άλλου αποδεικτικού μέσου. Οποιαδήποτε τροποποίηση αφορά σε περιορισμό των δικαιωμάτων της Μισθώτριας ή της Εκμισθώτριας, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Π.Δ. 34/1995, ως ισχύει, ή/και του Ν. 4242/2014, θα πρέπει να γίνεται με έγγραφο βέβαιης χρονολογίας, αποδεδειγμένα μεταγενέστερη της παρούσας.
