Η δήλωση αποχώρησης πρέπει να υποβάλλεται εγγράφως τρεις (3) τουλάχιστον μήνες πριν από το τέλος του ημερολογιακού έτους, ώστε η αποχώρηση να ισχύει από την αρχή του επόμενου έτους.
