Ρυθμίσεις θεμάτων εισαγωγής στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση και άλλες
διατάξεις.

Ο ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ
Εκδίδομε τον ακόλουθο νόμο που ψήφισε η Βουλή:



Άρθρο 1
Θέματα εισαγωγής στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση
1. Στο τέλος του άρθρου 1 του Ν. 2525/1997 (ΦΕΚ 188 Α') προστίθεται παράγραφος
13 ως ακολούθως:

"13. α) Στους αποφοίτους του Ενιαίου Λυκείου, εκτός του απολυτηρίου της
παραγράφου 5, χορηγείται και "Βεβαίωση", στην οποία αναφέρονται οι βαθμοί του
αποφοίτου που λαμβάνονται υπόψη για την πρόσβαση στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση.
Ο βαθμός πρόσβασης κάθε μαθήματος των δύο τελευταίων τάξεων του Ενιαίου
Λυκείου, που εξετάζεται σε εθνικό επίπεδο, προσδιορίζεται από τον προφορικό
βαθμό και το γραπτό βαθμό των τελικών εξετάσεων και με συντελεστές βαρύτητας
για κάθε βαθμό. Ο μέσος όρος των βαθμών πρόσβασης των μαθημάτων αυτών
αποτελεί το βαθμό πρόσβασης της τάξης για τον απόφοιτο. Ο γενικός βαθμός
πρόσβασης προσδιορίζεται κατά 30% από το βαθμό πρόσβασης της προτελευταίας
τάξης και κατά 70% από το βαθμό πρόσβασης της τελευταίας τάξης. Στην περίπτωση
που ο βαθμός πρόσβασης της προτελευταίας τάξης είναι μικρότερος ή ίσος του
βαθμού πρόσβασης της τελευταίας τάξης δεν λαμβάνεται υπόψη και γενικός βαθμός
πρόσβασης είναι ο βαθμός πρόσβασης της τελευταίας τάξης.

β) Ο κάτοχος απολυτηρίου Ενιαίου Λυκείου, ο οποίος επιθυμεί να συμμετάσχει στις
γραπτές εξετάσεις των μαθημάτων της τελευταίας τάξης του Ενιαίου Λυκείου, που
εξετάζονται σε εθνικό επίπεδο, για να διαμορφώσει νέο γενικό βαθμό πρόσβασης
στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση, καταθέτει στο οικείο λύκειο μαζί με τη σχετική αίτηση
και τη Βεβαίωση, η οποία αντικαθίσταται κάθε φορά με νέα. Ο γενικός βαθμός
πρόσβασης της νέας Βεβαίωσης προκύπτει από το μέσο όρο των βαθμών πρόσβασης
των ανωτέρω μαθημάτων, για τον υπολογισμό των οποίων λαμβάνεται υπόψη σε
κάθε περίπτωση η επίδοση στις τελευταίες αυτές γραπτές εξετάσεις.

γ) Ο τύπος και το περιεχόμενο της Βεβαίωσης, η διάρκεια ισχύος της, οι συντελεστές
βαρύτητας προφορικού και γραπτού βαθμού, ειδικότερα σχετικά θέματα και κάθε
άλλη αναγκαία λεπτομέρεια καθορίζονται με απόφαση του Υπουργού Εθνικής
Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων."

2. Οι παράγραφοι 1 έως 5 του άρθρου 2 του Ν. 2525/1997 αντικαθίστανται ως
ακολούθως:

"1. α) Οι κάτοχοι απολυτηρίου ημερήσιου ή εκκλησιαστικού Ενιαίου Λυκείου
μπορούν να εισάγονται, το αμέσως επόμενο ακαδημαϊκό έτος από το σχολικό έτος που αποφοίτησαν, στα τμήματα και στις σχολές των Ανώτατων Εκπαιδευτικών
Ιδρυμάτων (Α.Ε.Ι.), των Τεχνολογικών Εκπαιδευτικών Ιδρυμάτων (Τ.Ε.Ι.), του
Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου, της ΑΣΕΤΕΜ/ΣΕΛΕΤΕ, των Ανώτερων Σχολών
Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων των Σχολών Τουριστικής Εκπαίδευσης (Σ.Τ.Ε.), των
Ανωτάτων Στρατιωτικών Εκπαιδευτικών Ιδρυμάτων, των Στρατιωτικών Σχολών
Υπαξιωματικών των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων και των Σχολών της Αστυνομικής και
Πυροσβεστικής Ακαδημίας χωρίς εισαγωγικές εξετάσεις, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις
του παρόντος άρθρου. β) Οι κάτοχοι απολυτηρίου εσπερινού Ενιαίου Λυκείου
μπορούν να εισάγονται, το αμέσως επόμενο ακαδημαϊκό έτος από το σχολικό έτος
που αποφοίτησαν, στα τμήματα και στις σχολές των Α.Ε.I., των Τ.Ε.Ι., της
ΑΣΕΤΕΜ/ΣΕΛΕΤΕ και των Ανώτερων Σχολών Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων των
Σ.Τ.Ε., χωρίς εισαγωγικές εξετάσεις, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του παρόντος άρθρου
και σε ποσοστό θέσεων επιπλέον του αριθμού εισακτέων, το οποίο ορίζεται κάθε
φορά με απόφαση του Υπουργού Εθνικής Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων και ειδικά,
προκειμένου για εισαγωγή στις Ανώτερες Σχολές Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων των
Σ.Τ.Ε., με κοινή απόφαση των Υπουργών Εθνικής Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων και
Ανάπτυξης, εφόσον:

i) Έχουν φοιτήσει και στις δύο τελευταίες τάξεις του εσπερινού Ενιαίου Λυκείου ή

ii) Εγγράφηκαν ή μετεγγράφηκαν στην τελευταία τάξη του εσπερινού Ενιαίου
Λυκείου ως εργαζόμενοι από βιοποριστική ανάγκη, που οφείλεται στους εξής λόγους
που προέκυψαν μετά την αποφοίτησή τους από την προτελευταία τάξη του Λυκείου:
αα) θάνατο του ενός τουλάχιστον των γονέων, ββ) αναπηρία του ενός τουλάχιστον
των γονέων ή του γονέα που έχει την επιμέλειά του, σε ποσοστό άνω του 67%.

iii) Εγγράφηκαν στην τελευταία τάξη του εσπερινού Ενιαίου Λυκείου είτε μετά τη
συμπλήρωση του 25ου έτους ηλικίας είτε λόγω ένταξης, ως εξαρτημένων ατόμων, σε
πρόγραμμα απεξάρτησης που λειτουργεί κατά τις προμεσημβρινές ώρες της ημέρας.

γ) Κατ' εξαίρεση των διατάξεων των περιπτώσεων α' και β' της παραγράφου αυτής,
εξετάσεις σε ειδικά μαθήματα ή πρακτικές δοκιμασίες διενεργούνται στα ειδικά
μαθήματα και μόνο για τις σχολές ή τα τμήματα, για τα οποία, λόγω της φύσης του
γνωστικού αντικειμένου που θεραπεύουν, απαιτείται τέτοια εξέταση ή πρακτική
δοκιμασία.

δ) Κατά την εφαρμογή του άρθρου αυτού δεν θίγονται οι κείμενες ειδικές διατάξεις
περί προϋποθέσεων και όρων εισαγωγής στα Ανώτατα Στρατιωτικά Εκπαιδευτικά
ιδρύματα, τις Στρατιωτικές Σχολές Υπαξιωματικών των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων και τις
Σχολές της Αστυνομι

" 2. paragraphs 1 to 5 of article 2 of law No. 25/1997 shall be replaced by the follows: "1. a) baccalaureate holders daily or ecclesiastical Lyceum can be imported, the next academic year from the school year which graduated, in departments and schools of higher educationInstitutions (Universities), technological Educational Institutes (T.e.i.) of The University of ASETEM/SELETE, senior Schools Tourism the tourism education Schools (S.T.E.), Senior Military Colleges, military Schools Commissioned officer ranks of the armed forces and the police and Schools Fire Academy without entrance examination, in accordance with the provisions of this article. b) holders of baccalaureate Vespers Lyceum can be imported, the next academic year from the school year He graduated, in departments and faculties of H.t.e.i. A.E.I.,, ASETEM/SELETE INSTITUTE and senior Schools of Tourism S.T.E. without entrance examination, in accordance with the provisions of this article and in percentage of seats in addition to the number of students admitted, which is defined as modified by a decision of the Minister of national education and religious affairs and especially, in order for import at Colleges of Tourism S.T.E., by a joint decision of the Ministers of national education and religious affairs Development, provided that: i) have attended and in the last two classes of the Lyceum or Vespers ii) Registered or meteggrafikan in the last of Angelus class Single Lyceum as workers from gainful need, due to the following reasons obtained after graduation from the penultimate class of the Lyceum: AA) death of at least one of the parents, BB) disability of at least one of the parents or parent has custody, more than 67%. iii) Εγγράφηκαν στην τελευταία τάξη του εσπερινού Ενιαίου Λυκείου είτε μετά τη συμπλήρωση του 25ου έτους ηλικίας είτε λόγω ένταξης, ως εξαρτημένων ατόμων, σε πρόγραμμα απεξάρτησης που λειτουργεί κατά τις προμεσημβρινές ώρες της ημέρας. γ) Κατ' εξαίρεση των διατάξεων των περιπτώσεων α' και β' της παραγράφου αυτής, εξετάσεις σε ειδικά μαθήματα ή πρακτικές δοκιμασίες διενεργούνται στα ειδικά μαθήματα και μόνο για τις σχολές ή τα τμήματα, για τα οποία, λόγω της φύσης του γνωστικού αντικειμένου που θεραπεύουν, απαιτείται τέτοια εξέταση ή πρακτική δοκιμασία. δ) Κατά την εφαρμογή του άρθρου αυτού δεν θίγονται οι κείμενες ειδικές διατάξεις περί προϋποθέσεων και όρων εισαγωγής στα Ανώτατα Στρατιωτικά Εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα, τις Στρατιωτικές Σχολές Υπαξιωματικών των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων και τις Σχολές της Αστυνομι

C) The form and content of the Certificate, the validity of the rates of oral and written severities, especially on issues and any other necessary details are determined by decision of the Minister of National Education and Religious Affairs. Paragraphs 1-5 of Article 2 of Law. 2525/1997 replaced as follows:" 1. a) Holders of baccalaureate daily or ecclesiastical Lyceum can be imported, the next academic year from the school year who graduated in departments and faculties of higher education institutions (HEI), Technological Education Institutions (T. .E.I.), the University of Cyprus, the 'Institute / SELETE, the Higher Schools of Tourist Professions of Schools of Tourism Education (Council of State), the Higher Military Educational Institutions, Military Schools for Petty Officers of the Armed Forces and the Schools Police and Fire Academy without entrance examinations according to the provisions of this article. b) Holders of baccalaureate vespers Lyceum can be imported, the next academic year from the school year graduates, in departments and faculties of A.E.I., TEI, the 'Institute / SELETE and Senior Schools of Tourism of the Council of State, without entrance examinations according to the provisions of this Article and creation rate in addition to the number of places, defined each time by the Minister of Education and specifically to for admission to Higher Schools of Tourism of the Council of State, by joint decision of the Ministers of Education and Development, provided that: i) have been studied in both grades of vespers Lyceum or ii) were enrolled or was transferred in the last grade of Evening Unified Lyceum as workers from earning a need, due to the following reasons arising after graduation from the penultimate year of a Lyceum: aa) death of at least one of the parents, b) disability of at least one of the parents or parent has custody, more than 67%. iii) were enrolled in the last grade of Evening Lykeio or after the completion of the 25th year of age or because inclusion, as addicts in rehabilitation program working under promesimvrines times. c) Notwithstanding the provisions of cases a and b of this paragraph exams in specific courses or practical tests conducted in the special classes just for schools or sections for which, given the nature of the subject that treat , such an examination is required or practical test. d) The application of this article shall not affect any existing specific provisions on conditions and import conditions in Higher Military Educational Institutions, Military Schools for Petty Officers of the Armed Forces and the Schools of Police
