Ο CONTRACTOR παραιτείται ρητά και προκαταβολικά δια της παρούσας, έναντι της ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ, από τυχόν αξίωσή του, παρούσα ή μελλοντική, από τις παροχές επιβράβευσης (bonus) που περιγράφονται και ρυθμίζονται από την παρούσα παράγραφο, οιαδήποτε μορφή και αν φέρουν οι τελευταίες, είτε ο CONTRACTOR έχει τυχόν λάβει αυτές εις το παρελθόν από την ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ, είτε όχι

The CONTRACTOR expressly waives and advance through this, against COMPANY, from any claim, present or future, of rewarding benefits (bonus) described and regulated by this paragraph, any form bearing the latter, or the CONTRACTOR He has received any of these in the past by the Company or not

The CONTRACTOR expressly resigns and in advance, against the company, from any claim, present or future, from the bonus benefits described and regulated by this paragraph, whatever form the Last, either the CONTRACTOR has any received these in the past by the COMPANY, or not

CONTRACTOR shall expressly and in advance waive any claim, present or future, by this Party to the ENTERPRISE; the bonus benefits described and regulated in this paragraph, in whatever form; whether or not CONTRACTOR has received them in the past from the ENTERPRISE;
